The Politainer is a flexible plastic packaging made of LDPE. Benefiting from over 60 years of vacuum molding experience.
In combination with a sturdy custom-printed outer carton, this packaging is perfect for beverages, chemical usage and suitable for the transportation of hazardous goods.
The Politainer is available in three sizes 5, 10 and 20L and is a combination package of a flexible inner bag and a strong outer cardboard case, the sizes to match the above sizes being available with UN approval and determined for the transport of hazardous goods (packaging group II and III) but also applicable for the requirements of e.g. pharmaceutical/diagnostic markets as well as for filling goods which need a protection against permeation by means of a special EVOH/PA barrier.
Different accessories like taps, screw caps with or without tamper evidence as well as several connecting systems for “closed system” (prevents contamination) or “refill” solutions are available.
Depending on the size of bag, different neck diameters (31 / 50 mm) and neck types (metric or US’’ winding) are also available
